Thanks to the valuable feedback of our many clients, Borran Software continues to make upgrades and improvements to our flagship RealBroker program. In fact, since 1986, RealBroker (previously known as Brewin, among others) has a long history of improvements and upgrades based on the feedback of our clients.Taking all these comments to heart, Borran Software has just released RealBroker5 — the most comprehensive, integrated accounting and transaction management system in North America. • GIVE YOUR AGENTS INDIVIDUAL SALES DOCUMENTS, AUTOMATICALLY: Now, with RealBroker5, you can print or email sales documents with the sales commission on a PER AGENT basis. This means that you can maintain the privacy of each agent, while sharing information on an individual basis.
• SAVE TIME TRANSFERRING TRUST FUNDS: Previously, when you had a cancelled deal, you would have to delete the trust funds from the canceled sale and apply it again to the new sale. There was no way of simply transferring the funds. With RealBroker5, this unusual type of transaction is now included as a new option.

Top 5 RealBroker Tips and Tricks

1. DO MORE WITH ONE JOURNAL ENTRY: Press F5 to populate all of your agent's Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
2. DO MONTHLY CHARGES FOR THE GROUP: Save time on your monthly Journal Entries or Accounts Payables by putting your agents into a GROUP. Go to TOOLS>PERSONNEL. Add your agents to the group. Then when you do your monthly Account Payables, insert the group into your Accounts Receivables header. It will then automatically bring in all your agents' Accounts Receivable accounts for you.
3. YELLOW MEANS EXTRA OPTIONS: If you've seen a yellow right-click button, this means that there is a pick list or other options to choose from.
4. SHORTCUT FOR REVERSING A CHECK: You don't have to go into accounting to reverse a check. You can do it under sales.
5. INFINITE ARCHIVE: Did you know that you can view the full information from all and any archived sale forever?
