REALBROKER™ MINIMUM HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

Single Computer Installation:

RealBroker™ – Pentium 4 with 1024 MB of RAM.

• CD – Rom Drive
  
• High speed internet Connect!ion
  
• Windows 2000,XP or Windows NT 4 or higher.
  
• USB Hard disk / Removable Hard Drive for Backups.
  
• System must also meet the minimum requirements of the operating system.
  

Technical Overview RealBroker™ is a Windows (WIN32) Networkable application, operating locally or from a file server using existing TCP/IP File/Print sharing mechanics.

Multi-Site Support The RealBroker™ application can reside on a central server and can be operated from remote sites using one of the following technologies:

• Wide Area Network (WAN)
  
• TCP/IP Connect!ion using remote Connect!ivity software (i.e.: RDP, PCAnywhere,VNC)
  
• CITRIX MetaFrame Software (for thin-client WAN or ISP Connect!ivity)
  
• Win 2K3 Server with Terminal Server Unique users, screen resolution should be 1024 X 768.
  

Local Area Network Systems:

Client Workstations (Peer to Peer)

• Pentium 4 or better
  
• Windows 2000/XP/NT, 1024 MB RAM
  
• 2 GB free disk space
  
• USB Hard disk / Removable Hard Drive for Backups
  
• NIC (10/100/1000 Mbit – 1000Mbit recommended)
  
• MAPI compliant e-mail client (i.e.: MS Exchange).
  

This is not necessary just a recommendation that you install highspeed internet access on at least 1 PC – allows for easy remote Connect!ion for support and on-line training where necessary.

Database Server for under 10 workstations (Peer-To-Peer)

• Pentium 4 or better, server configuration
  
• Windows XP Pro, or Windows 2000/2003
  
• NIC (1000 Mbit)
  
• MAPI compliant e-mail
  
• Microsoft Users must be set up on Server to ensure Network Security of folders.
  

Database Server for over 10 workstations

• Pentium 4 2.8Ghz or better, server configuration
  
• Windows NT Server 4.0 or Novell NetWare, Server 2003
  
• Dedicated database server recommended
  
• 2 GB RAM (large volume of transactions)
  
• NIC (10/100/1000 Mbit – 1000Mbit recommended)
  
• MAPI compliant e-mail (I.E.: MS Exchange) (note: for larger user bases, a separate e-mail server is recommended)
  
• Disk space to manage several years’ worth of data (depends on volume, i.e.: 5-12 GB)
